Quality

Cosmetic defect: a product with a cosmetic defect usually has a scratch/scratches or a dent/dents. This is not something to expect on any product regardless of age. When a product has a defect there will always be information provided and also a photograph of the damage. All our products are delivered with Apple's original charger and available cables. All our products are in good working order unless stated otherwise.

All products that are purchased before 11 am on a weekday will be dispatched the same day and purchase done after 11 am will be shipped on the next working day. We use DHL Express delivery services and the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping ID to track your order.
