Unfortunately we are not able to bear the additional shipping cost of returning incorrect or damaged devices or accessories that are sent to us. If you have sent us an incorrect device or accessory and would like to have this returned to you by post, please ensure you pay the Shipping Cost. This cost covers a collection of the device/accessories from our service partners' workshop and delivery to your desired address.
If purchased before 11 am on a business day this product will be dispatched the same day. If purchased after 11 am on a business day it will be dispatched the following business day. We use ParcelForce's 48h service and you will receive a unique tracking number so you can keep an eye on your device. For corporate clients you will get a delivery to your office. As a consumer you have the right to cancel your purchase without any reason within 14 days of receiving the product, however please note that the shipping cost of the return is not covered by mResell.
